Different from carbon steel material products, SSD series dryers use 304S stainless steel to make heat exchangers, water separators and air connection parts. This material can effectively avoid secondary pollution and ensure air quality. Therefore, SSD series dryers can be directly used in fields such as food, medicine, semiconductors, and advanced spray coating. In addition, the surface of the air condenser is coated with nano-anti-corrosion coating to extend the service life of the equipment.

 

Energy saving and environmental protection:

The heat exchanger adopts the advanced European and American plate-fin structure and has efficient heat exchange performance. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the precooler is 3-5°C, which is significantly better than similar products, minimizing the relative humidity at the outlet and avoiding condensation in the pipeline. The relative humidity of the compressed air at the outlet of the dryer is low, and there is no condensed water on the surface of the pipe. The precooler can recover nearly 90% of the compressed air, which greatly reduces the load on the evaporator. Therefore, the energy consumption of the refrigeration compressor is low, only 70% of that of an ordinary dryer. All series of dryers use environmentally friendly refrigerants and meet environmental protection requirements.
